Search options

You can use the Search tab in Call Center Admin to configure search options. Call Center performs various types of searches for service requests and work orders based on the settings that you enter here. The Search tab is also used to configure the jobs list.

Case Management

The case management formula is used to look up the service requests that are displayed in the Case Managed Service Requests grid in Call Center. You can also enter the radius within which Infor Public Sector searches for case managed requests.

Call Center provides a default formula that you can use, or you can write your own. The case management formula is typically used to look up nearby service requests that are associated with Code Enforcement cases.

Water Off

The water off formula is used to look up the service requests that are displayed in the Water Off Requests grid in Call Center. You can also enter the radius within which Infor Public Sector searches for water off requests.

You can use the default formula or you can write your own. The water off formula is typically used to look up nearby service requests to shut off water service.

History

The history formula is used to look up the service requests that are displayed in the Property History tab in Call Center. You can use the default formula or you can write your own.
