Call Center formulas

You can use the UI tab in Call Center Admin to define various formulas for Call Center. These formulas are executed on various events, and can be used to personalize Call Center for your agency.

Infor Public Sector provides defaults for some of these formulas. You can click the Load Default Formulas button to automatically load all defaults. The default formulas are also displayed in the popups for the formula fields.

Formula Description
Set Default Value This formula is executed when the user selects a service request type in Call Center. It can be used to set default values for a new service request.
On Save Prompt This formula can be used to show a prompt when the user attempts to save a service request in Call Center.
On Add Call This formula is executed when the user adds a customer call in Call Center.
Switch to Detail This formula is executed when the user selects a request type in Call Center. It can be used to show a detail page.
Populate From Address

This formula is executed when the user clicks the Populate Contact from Address button in Call Center. The default formula selects the primary contact associated with the address that the user enters.

Populate From Contact

This formula is executed when the user clicks the Populate Address from Contact button in Call Center. The default formula looks up all addresses associated with the contact that the user enters.

Before Save This formula is executed before the user saves a service request in Call Center. The default formula checks if a phone number has been entered.
