Associating accounts with an aggregate account

  1. Load the aggregate account in the Manage Account page.
  2. Click Manage Sub Accounts in the Sub Accounts panel on the Summary tab.
  3. Click Add above the Sub Accounts grid.
    The Eligible Accounts dialog box shows a list of accounts of the correct type that have the same responsible party as the aggregate account. The account type of the sub accounts depends on the aggregate account type.
  4. Select the accounts that you want to add as sub accounts.
  5. Click Select.
    The sub accounts are shown in the Sub Accounts grid. To remove sub accounts from an aggregate account, select them in the Sub Accounts grid and click Delete. This sets the expire date for the association to the current date.
