Decrementing delinquencies

When you decrement a delinquency, Infor Public Sector moves the account back to the previous delinquency milestone. Note that milestones may also be decremented automatically when you create an Advancement of Accounts run.

  1. Select Billing > Manage Account.
  2. Load the correct account.
  3. Click the Delinquency tab.
  4. In the Account Delinquency grid, select each delinquency that you are decrementing.
  5. Click the Settings button in the top right corner of the Account Delinquency grid and select Decrement Delinquency.
