Fixed charges
Annual fixed charges, such as service availability charges, are typically billed at
regular intervals throughout the year, such as monthly or quarterly. Each charge is billed in
advance, and covers the period through a specified date.
You can define a set of billed through dates for each of five different fixed charge frequencies: annually, monthly, quarterly, semiannually, and trimester. When you select a frequency, the corresponding number of billed through date fields are displayed. For example, if the frequency is quarterly, four date fields are displayed. You might specify March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31 as your billed through dates. You can only define one set of billed through dates for each frequency.
