Creating an address template

  1. Select Billing > Setup > Service > Create Address Template.
  2. Type a name for the template in the Template ID field and a description in the Description field.
  3. In the fields under Account Fields on Address, specify any default values for the associated billing accounts.
  4. Click Save.
    Infor Public Sector saves the template and shows the Services grid.
  5. For each service you want to add, click Add above the Services grid.
  6. Specify the service you're adding to the template in the Service field.
    When you click the Service field's popup button , Infor Public Sector opens the Service Definition popup, which shows the available address-based services in a tree structure. You can browse to the node for the service definition that you want to add, which can be a default or an account class service definition. Click the node you want and then click Select.
  7. Click the Load link to the right of the Service field.
  8. Click Save.
