Move in contact configuration

When you create a new account in the Move In Account dialog box, you must enter an account contact. A search is made for an existing contact record for the customer, and if one is not found, a new contact record is created. Contact Section Configuration controls the appearance and behavior of this section of the Move In Account dialog box. To show the Contact Section Configuration dialog box, click the Configure link to the left of Contact in the Move In Sections grid.

Specify this information:

Existing Customer Prompt
Indicate whether to show a prompt asking if the caller has a current or previous account record with your agency. If the CSR clicks Yes, fields to search for the existing contact record are displayed. If the CSR clicks No, fields to add a new contact record are displayed. If you don't configure the prompt, the search fields are displayed.
Search Options
Select the search fields to show when a CSR searches for an existing contact record. The parameters in the Search Options grid are included in the search. Add additional entries to the grid so multiple searches can be made with different parameters when the CSR clicks the Start Search link. For example, if you indicate a search by first and last name and no records are found, another search is done using only the last name. For each subsequent search added to the grid, select Yes or No in the appropriate columns to indicate the parameters.
Existing Customer Options

New Customer Options
Select the elements to show when a new contact record is added.
Help Links
Add knowledge base links that answer commonly asked questions. For each link, the text entered in the Text Link field is displayed in the appropriate section of the Move In Account dialog box. The text is linked to the knowledge base entry specified in the Knowledge Base Description field.
