Choosing quick links for the Manage Account page

  1. Select Billing > Setup > Account > Manage Account.
  2. Specify this information:
    Quick Links
    Expand and specify the node to change.
    Default
    Default settings are displayed for users without personal settings, and when the Use My Personal Setup check box is not selected when defining personal settings. You must have the necessary access rights to change default settings.
    Personal
    Personal settings are only available for the logged-in user. Default settings are displayed for all users who do not have personal settings.
    Quick Links in Display Sequence
    Move the panels to be displayed on the account's Summary tab.

    To move a quick link from one grid to another, select the quick link and click the arrow button pointing to the grid to which you want to move it. The Quick Links in Display Sequence grid shows the panels that will be displayed on the account’s Summary tab. You can select multiple quick links by clicking each one or by pressing the SHIFT key and clicking the first and last quick link in the range that you want to select. To remove all quick links, click Clear. Change the order of the quick links by reordering the records in the grid. The order determines the order in which the panels are displayed on the account’s Summary tab.

    Use My Personal Setup
    Select to use your personal settings rather than the default. Even if you define personal settings, the default settings are used unless you select this check box.
  3. Click Save.
    Your changes are applied to the Summary tab on your agency’s accounts.
