Payment Arrangement Template
You can create templates for the different kinds of arrangements customers can make to pay off delinquent amounts. By having the terms of common arrangements predefined, you can quickly set up payment arrangements in the Manage Account page.
You can create two types of payment arrangements. In a fixed amount arrangement, the customer agrees to pay the same amount on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis. In a fixed period arrangement, the customer agrees to pay the balance by a set date, or to make a set number of payments. The amount of each payment is calculated by dividing the total amount due by the number of payments.
