Background tasks

Background tasks are processes that use the Batch Manager, but that are not scheduled in the Batch Manager form. For example, asset needs analysis runs use the Batch Manager, but they are initiated from the Initiate Needs Analysis page. Other examples of background tasks include asset budget analysis runs, asset depreciation runs, and recalculate risk runs. Although they are not scheduled in the Batch Manager form, you can use this form to view background tasks after they have run.
