Unit Maintenance Schedule

The Unit Maintenance Schedule task creates work orders based on assert unit maintenance schedules.

Setup

This table describes the Infor Public Sector setup forms that are used to configure this task:

Create Unit Maintenance Schedule Used to create unit maintenance schedules.
Activity Workflow Used to define work order activities.
Content Manager Used to specify whether an asset type is required.

Invocation

The Unit Maintenance Schedule task can be scheduled or invoked manually from the Batch Manager form, and it can be invoked through the console.

Note: You can also use the Lookup Unit Maintenance Schedules form to generate work orders from a maintenance schedule, but this process does not use the Batch Manager.

This table describes each parameter for this task:

Parameter Description
Asset Asset for which you are generating work orders. You can enter just an asset type, or you can enter an asset type and unit ID.
Note: Depending on your system configuration, you may be able to generate work orders without specifying an asset or an asset type.

Activity Activity for which you are generating work orders.
Priority Priority code for which work orders will be generated.
Assign To ID of the employee to whom the work orders will be assigned.
Responsibility Responsibility code for which work orders will be generated.
Authorization Priority code for which work orders will be generated.
Schedule Group Schedule group for which work orders will be generated.
Maintenance Type Maintenance type for which work orders will be generated.
Source Source code for which work orders will be generated.
Project Project code for which work orders will be generated.
Days in Advance Number of days before the scheduled date that you want to generate work orders.
Note: When entering parameters for this task in the Batch Manager form, you can click the View Matching Schedules link to view any existing maintenance schedules that match the parameters that you have entered.
