Adding multiple filters or output columns to an ad hoc report

In addition to defining filters and output columns individually, you can add filters or columns for multiple properties simultaneously. Note that you can only select a group of properties for filters or output columns, without defining any other details. After you've added multiple filters or columns you can use the grids to edit them.

  1. Select Resources > Ad Hoc Reporting.
  2. Create a report, or browse to the report you want to work with.
  3. Click the Add Multiple Filters or Output Columns link.
  4. Use the Use Selected for Filters and Use Selected for Output Columns check boxes to indicate whether you're adding filters, output columns, or both.
  5. Browse through the tree and select the check box for each property that you want to use as a filter or an output column.
  6. Click Select.
    Depending on which check boxes you selected, Infor Public Sector adds a filter or output column for each selected property to the appropriate grid.
