Asset InfoViewer Life History tab

This table describes each section of the Life History tab of the asset InfoViewers.

The Life History tab shows a complete history of the asset, including its inspection and maintenance history, location history, and usage. In each section you can click the down arrow in the top right corner and select Details to view more information. In some cases you can also use the Details popup to add new records.

Section	Description
Work Status	Shows a pie chart that compares the percentage of scheduled work orders for an asset to its percentage of unscheduled work orders.
Recent Work Orders	Lists the five most recent work orders performed on the asset.
Recent Service Requests	Lists the five most recent service requests affecting the asset.
Recent Inspections	Lists the five most recent inspections performed on the asset.
Asset Indexes	Shows the values of any inspection indexes that have been calculated for the asset. Index values can be calculated based on inspection results, or you can use the Details popup to add indexes manually.
Associated Parts	Lists any parts in Inventory Control that are associated with the asset. You can use the Details popup to associate additional parts with the asset.
Contacts	Lists any contacts associated with the asset. You can use the Details popup to add contacts to an asset.
Failures	Shows failure information for the asset.
Fuel Usage	Used to record and view fuel usage for equipment units and vehicles.
Inspections	Shows inspection information for the asset, including open inspections and completed inspections.
Inspection Schedules	Shows information on any inspection schedules and group inspection schedules for the asset. You can use the Details popup to create new unit inspection schedules for the asset.
Location History	Shows a history of locations where the asset has been installed. You can use the Details popup to move the asset to a new location.
Maintenance Schedules	Shows information on any unit maintenance schedules and group maintenance schedules for the asset. You can use the Details popup to create new unit maintenance schedules for the asset.
Usage	Shows any usage readings for the asset. You can use the Details popup to add usage readings.
Usage Area History	Shows a history of usage areas the asset has been associated with. You can use the Details popup to record the asset's usage area history.
Valuations	Shows asset valuation information for the asset. You can use the Details popup to create a new valuation for the asset.
Warranties	Shows warranty information for the asset. You can use the Details popup to record warranty information.
Work Orders	Shows information on the asset's work orders.
Service Requests	Shows information on the service requests affecting the asset.
Applications, Licenses, and Cases	Shows information on any CDR applications, licenses, or cases that affect the asset.
Asset Groups	Shows information on the asset groups the asset belongs to. You can use the Details popup to add the asset to a new asset group.
Asset Risk Events	Shows risk information for the asset.
