File management for refreshed tenants

The process of refreshing a tenant includes copying associated files such as config files, mapping files, and correspondence templates.

The refresh process times out after one hour, so there might not be time to copy all of these files. To ensure that the most important files are copied, certain files are identified as critical and copied first. After all of the critical files are copied, the process copies as many of the non-critical files as possible.

These are the critical files:

  • Configurations

Specifically, these are the .config files that store your configuration settings. These are the files that you work with in the Configuration Editor.

  • Enhancement files.

This is a set of files that are generated on the server to support agency enhancements such as detail pages and agency business objects.

  • Export and import mapping files

These are the files in the Mappings folder in the File Explorer.

  • Correspondence templates

These are the files in the Correspondence/template folder in the File Explorer.

  • Resources

These are the .resources files in the bin folder in the File Explorer.

  • Deployment logs

Other than the deployment logs, no log files are copied.
