Asset Fleet

Unlike the other asset modules, Fleet is divided into two separate licenses: Asset Fleet and Asset Fleet Management. Asset Fleet is the license for the Fleet asset types (equipment, facility, and vehicle), with no inspections.

These are licensed separately so that you can record equipment and vehicle usage and costs in work orders, service requests, and asset inspections. Customers who purchase the Fleet module also get the Asset Fleet Management license, which adds the inspection functionality.

The base Asset Management license is also required.
