Permissions

A permission is a right for a user to access a particular feature or perform a particular action with your agency's records, such as the right to access the Employee lookup or the right to create employee records.

For employees to access specific features within Infor Public Sector, your agency's security administrators must grant users the necessary permissions. Security administrators create roles based on job functions and assigning specific permissions and users to each role.

An access group is a group of related permissions. Access groups and permissions are organized in a nesting tree structure.
