Lookup Knowledge Base

To review or update a knowledge base entry, you can use the lookup to locate the knowledge base entry you want.

Infor Public Sector searches your records using the search criteria you enter and shows the knowledge base entries that match that information. For example, you might want to look up all knowledge base entries that are images, or all knowledge base entries with the word flood in their description.

After Infor Public Sector locates the knowledge base entries that match your search criteria, you can open and edit information about the entry, such as its type or description.

Note: Lookup Knowledge Base is part of the standard Infor Public Sector knowledge base functionality. Infor Public Sector can also be configured to use an external system. If so, you must look up knowledge base entries in the external knowledge base. This does not affect knowledge base links in the Utility Billing module, which still use the standard Infor Public Sector knowledge base.
