Attachments
An attachment is any external file associated with a record in Infor Public Sector, such as a photo attached to a service request or a PDF attached to
a permit application. Numerous forms and InfoViewers throughout the system have an
grid that you can
use to attach files to the current record.
Attachments are stored in electronic document management (EDM) systems, for which you must set up providers before you can add attachments. See the Infor Public Sector System Administration Guide.
