Refreshing your applications

Sometimes you must refresh your applications before configuration changes take effect. Because you do not have access to the application server in a multi-tenant environment, you can use Infor Public Sector to refresh your applications. You can refresh Infor Public Sector, Rest Services, or Web Services separately, or you can refresh all applications simultaneously.

To refresh applications, open the System Information page, click Action and select one of these options:

  • Refresh All Applications: Refreshes all applications.
  • Refresh IPS: Refreshes Infor Public Sector.
  • Refresh Rest Services: Refreshes Rest Services.
  • Refresh Web Services: Refreshes Web Services.
Note: You might see a "502 Bad Gateway" message after refreshing applications. This is because your browser hasn't been refreshed, so you can correct this by refreshing your browser manually.

See "Refreshing your applications" in the Infor Public Sector System Administration Guide for more information.

You can also use the System Information page to restart the Batch Manager. Click Action and select Restart Batch Manager. See the Infor Public Sector Batch Processing Administration Guide for more information.
