Map Drawer for Lookup Cases

Options

You can use the Map Drawer button in Lookup Cases to show the locations of one or more cases in the lookup results grid. You can also use Map Drawer to populate the lookup.

Populating the lookup means that you can search for cases in the map rather than entering search criteria in the lookup. In the map, select each case that you want to work with, then click Action and select Populate Lookup. Infor Public Sector loads the selected cases in the lookup results grid, just as if you had searched for them in the lookup.
