Request Type nodes

The Request Types node has one or more Request Type nodes as children. Each Request Type node can have these attributes:

Attribute	Description
Agency Responsible	Agency responsible for processing this request type.
Keywords	Comma-separated list of tags or keywords to help users identify the request type. This can provide synonyms of the service_name and group.
Name	Name of the request type. Must match the name of a request type in the Infor Public Sector database.
Publish	Set to True to publish this request type in Open311.
Response message	Standard message that the agency's Open311 site will return when a request is submitted for this request type. Can be used to override the global response message defined in the Global Settings node.
Use DP description	Set to True to use the DP description instead of the request type description
