Workflow formulas

You can use workflow formulas to extend the basic functionality of your Open311 site. In Infor Public Sector, you can find these formulas under CRM > Open311 > ApplicationVendor in the Workflow Manager.

• Open311MatchAddress: When posting service requests, this formula can be used to match a request's address_id to an address key in Infor Public Sector.
• Open311Request: See Request and response formulas.
• Open311Response: See Request and response formulas.
• Open311StatusNotes: Used to replace the status notes of service requests returned by the GET Service Requests or GET Service Request method.

After defining your formulas in the Workflow Manager you must also add them to the Open311 configuration. Use the Match Address Formula Key, Request Formula Key, Response Formula Key, and Status Notes Formula Key attributes of the Global Settings node to enable your formulas.
