Check device configuration
- Open the Service Objects
Manager utility by running SOMgr.exe in the
Support directory of the directory where you installed the
device control. Click the Get Logical
Names button to see all configured devices according to the POS for .NET
platform.
- Open the Infor Device
Configuration tool by running InforDevices.ConfigurationUtility.exe
in the directory where you installed the device control. Notice the configuration names.
- The POS for .NET functionality
that Infor has interfaced with uses the device name as the logical name for that
particular device type.
