Internet Explorer settings
To use the device control, the Infor Public Sector site must be set as a trusted site in Internet Explorer. To set trusted sites in Internet Explorer, open the Internet Options dialog box and select the Security tab.
Multi-tenant
In a multi-tenant environment, the Infor Ming.le site must also be made a trusted site. To do this you must add two URLs to the trusted sites: the standard Ming.le URL and the internal URL.
The internal URL is used for secure connections. Contact Infor Support for assistance in getting the internal URL for your site.
