Jobs in the Billing Calendar

A job is a particular instance of a task being executed. Instead of setting up a recurring schedule in the Batch Manager, use jobs to schedule the same tasks to run with different parameters on different occasions.

For example, when setting up a recurring Bill Run Schedule task in the Batch Manager, only one billing cycle can be entered, so the task only creates bills for that cycle. By setting up jobs in the Billing Calendar, the task creates bills for different cycles on different dates.
