Resuming a bill run

If a bill run has been canceled or halted due to an error, you can use the Bill Run InfoViewer to resume the run. Note that you must wait at least five minutes after canceling a run before it can be resumed. You also cannot resume a bill run if one or more bills in the run have been posted. In that case you must undo the bill run and create a new run with the same parameters.

  1. Load the correct bill run into the Bill Run InfoViewer.
  2. Click Resume in the upper right corner of the viewer.
    The Resume link is only displayed if the run was canceled or halted due to an error.
