Creating a knowledge base category

  1. Select Resources > Knowledge Base > Build Knowledge Base.
  2. In the Knowledge Base Groups tree, browse to the node in which you want to add a new category.
    This can be the Knowledge Base Groups root node or a knowledge base category.
  3. Right-click the node and select Create Category.
  4. Type a name for the new category in the Category Name field.
  5. Click Save.
    Infor Public Sector closes the dialog box and shows the new category in the Knowledge Base Groups tree. You can now create knowledge base entries for this category. You can also create subcategories by following the current instructions.
