Adding an additional caller to a service request

After a service request has been created and saved, subsequent callers can be added to the call list.

  1. Load the service request you want into Call Center.
  2. On the Location/Caller tab under Customer, click the Other Callers tab.
  3. Click Add above the Other Calls grid.
  4. In the Assign New Customer Call dialog box, enter the caller information.
    1. Select the Primary Caller check box if you would like to change the new caller to the primary caller.
    2. Specify the employee who is adding the new caller in the Taken By field.
    3. Enter the contact information in the fields under Contact.
    4. Type any other useful information the caller provides in the Customer Comments field.
  5. Click Save.
    The dialog box closes and the caller is added to the Other Calls grid.
