Condition types

Condition types are the general requirements that must be satisfied for a license to continue through its licensing process. Whereas reviews and inspections involve detailed processing within your agency, conditions are verified and approved by entering an approval code. For example, you could have a condition that requires a background check on the applicant. Each condition type is defined for a specific license type. The condition can then be automatically added to all licenses of a particular type or be added to specific licenses based on criteria that you define.

You use the Conditions node in the License Types tree to define each condition type that may be required for a license type. You can define when Infor Public Sector will automatically add the condition to a license by associating a milestone with it. You can also create a formula that determines whether to add the condition. Finally, you can define status checks that calculate whether to halt the licensing process based on the condition's status.
