Removing an additional applicant from multiple licenses

To remove an additional applicant from more than one license you must identify the applicant and enter criteria for the licenses the applicant will be removed from. For example, if you enter Contractor in the Capacity field, the contact will only be removed from licenses with which he or she is associated as a contractor.

  1. Look up the licenses from which you want to remove the additional applicant.
  2. Select the correct licenses.
  3. Click Action and select Change Applicants.
  4. Select Remove from the Change Type list.
  5. Enter the contact information for the contact you're removing.
  6. Click Save.
