Endorsement types

Infor Public Sector uses endorsements to record additional rights granted to a licensee to provide products or services that are not covered by a license. For example, your agency may require a restaurant owner who wants to sell liquor, sell herbal products, and provide catering services as part of her business to have a Restaurant license with child Liquor, Herbal, and Catering endorsements.

You use the Endorsement and Endorsements nodes License Types tree to define each endorsement for a license type. You can define when Infor Public Sector will automatically add the endorsement to a license by associating a milestone with it. You can also write a formula that determines whether to add the endorsement and define status checks that calculate whether to halt the licensing process based on the endorsement's status.
