Inspection types

Inspection types are the kinds of inspections that your agency may require for a case, such as an inspection to see if weeds have been cut or an obstruction has been removed. Each inspection type is defined for a specific case type. The inspection can then be automatically added to all cases of a particular type or be added to specific cases based on criteria that you define.

You use the Inspections node in the Case Types tree to define each inspection type that might be required for a case type. You can define when Infor Public Sector will automatically add the inspection to a case by associating a milestone with it. You can also write a formula that determines whether to add the inspection and define status checks that calculate whether to halt the code enforcement process based on the results of an inspection.
