Case types

A case type represents one kind of code enforcement case that your agency handles.

Each case type includes information about the inspections, reviews, conditions, fees, and other supporting information that your agency requires, as well as the code violations that can be used in inspections. You also define a case type's milestones, which are important points in a case's code enforcement process, and the criteria that can halt a case from advancing from one milestone to another.

You can also define standard operating procedures that members of your agency should follow when creating cases.
