Adding associated sites to a case

Associated sites are addresses, assets, parcels, or properties that are related to the case in some way. For example, a case to remove graffiti on an apartment complex might list the neighboring homes as associated sites because they might be affected by the graffiti removal.

  1. Load the case you want in the Case InfoViewer.
  2. Locate the Associated Sites grid.
    Click Action and select Change Site, or select the Sites tab.
  3. Click Add above the grid.
  4. Select Address, Asset, Parcel, or Property from the Site Type list.
  5. Enter the site ID in the appropriate field or fields.
    See Addresses for information on entering an address. For a parcel or property, enter the correct identification code. For assets, Infor Public Sector shows one or more ID fields, depending on the asset type.
  6. Click Select.
    Infor Public Sector associates the site with the case and shows it in the grid. You can click the Description link to load an associated site into the Address InfoViewer, Parcel InfoViewer, or Property InfoViewer, or the appropriate asset InfoViewer.
  7. To add additional sites, repeat steps 4 through 6.
  8. If you're using the Change Site dialog box, click Save.
