Planning condition statuses

A planning condition status indicates the current state of a planning condition and the actions that can be performed on the planning condition. For example, a planning condition that has just been drafted and must go through several reviews could be assigned a Draft status so that users with the appropriate access rights can edit the planning condition. After the final wording and requirements have been agreed upon, the planning condition could then be given a status of InEffect, preventing any further changes from being made.

You define planning condition statuses when you define a condition type. A status typically includes a set of rules that describe how Infor Public Sector will handle planning conditions with that status and the statuses that may follow it. In this way, statuses follow an order in much the same way that an application follows an application process. After you've defined a status, you can use it with any planning condition type in your Planning Condition Library. Members of your agency with the appropriate access rights can also use the status with planning conditions they create for a specific application.
