Service requests

The Service Requests node in the Resource Manager tree shows information on your service requests. The service requests are displayed in the Service Request grid when you select the Service Requests node. There is also a subnode for each service request. Each service request node has two subnodes:

  • Scheduled: Lists the employees, equipment, and vehicles that have been scheduled for the service request.
  • Costs: Lists the labor, equipment, material, and vehicle costs for the service request.

Service requests can be added to the Resource Manager in two ways. First, the list always includes all service requests that are assigned to you. Second, you can add service requests to the list manually, either by adding an existing service request or creating a new service request.
