Viewing employee time in the Resource Manager

The Resource Manager features a Time Bank that you can use to view how your employees are using their time for the date selected at the top of the Resource Manager. To view the Time Bank, browse to the Time Bank node under the Employees node in the Resource Manager. The Time Bank shows each of the employees listed under the Employees node, including employees on loan to you from other supervisors, and breaks down how their time is being used for the selected day. Employee time is divided into four categories: Hours, Leave, Work, and Slack.

Hours shows the number of hours an employee was available to work for the selected date. You can view more information about the employee’s availability by selecting the Scheduled node under the node for the correct employee.

Leave shows the number of hours of leave that an employee has scheduled for the selected date. You can view more information about the employee’s leave by selecting the Time Breakdown node under the node for the correct employee.

Work shows the number of hours of work recorded for an employee for the selected date. You can view more information about the work performed by selecting the Time Breakdown node under the node for the correct employee.

Slack shows the amount of time that an employee was scheduled for the selected date that was not used for work or leave. Infor Public Sector calculates this amount of time by subtracting the amount of work and leave from the available hours.
