Recording employee job classifications in the Resource Manager

You can use the Resource Manager to record an employee’s job classifications. These are codes that describe an employee's duties in your agency, such as Mechanic or Water Operations Supervisor.

  1. Select Work Management > Resource Manager.
  2. In the Employees tree, browse to the Job Class node under the correct employee.
  3. Click the Job Class node.
  4. Click Add above the grid.
  5. Specify the code for the employee’s job classification in the Job Class field.
  6. Click Save.
