Recording costs in the Resource Manager

  1. Select Work Management > Resource Manager.
  2. In the Employees, Fleet Equipment, Plant Equipment, or Vehicles tree, browse to the Time Breakdown node for the resource that you want to record costs for.
  3. Enable editing in the grid for the type of cost that you're recording and click Add.
  4. Specify the identification code for the work order, group project, service request, or asset inspection that you're recording costs for.
  5. Specify the total amount of usage for the vehicle, such as the number of miles, in the Equipment Usage field.
  6. Specify the time period for the work in the Work Time and To fields.
  7. Specify the dates that the vehicle was used in the Charge Date and To fields.
  8. Provide any other important information about the vehicle's costs.
  9. Click Save.
    Infor Public Sector saves the cost information and shows it in the appropriate "Time Breakdown" grid. Infor Public Sector also updates the work order, group project, or service request with the new resource cost information.
