Employees tree nodes

If you selected another supervisor’s name from the Name list at the top of the Resource Manager, these nodes represent employees managed by that supervisor.

Node Description
Employees (root node) Contains nodes for the employees who are under your supervision. When you click the node, a grid is displayed on the right listing all the employees who you’re supervising. This node contains the Time Bank node and may contain one or more of each of these three nodes: "Employee", "Employee on Loan", and "Loaned Out Employee".
"Employee" node "Employee"

Node for an employee under your supervision. This node shows the employee's full name and employee ID. This node contains these five nodes: Scheduled, Job Class, Qualification, Availability, and Time Breakdown.

"Employee on Loan" node "Employee on Loan"

Node for an employee whose services have been loaned to you by another supervisor. This node shows the employee's full name and employee ID. This node contains these five nodes: Scheduled, Job Class, Qualification, Availability, and Time Breakdown.

"Loaned Out Employee" node "Loaned Out Employee"

Time Bank Node for how your employees are using their work time for the selected date. When you click this node, a grid is displayed on the right listing all the employees under your supervision, the number of hours they’re available for on the selected day, the number of hours of leave they have scheduled, the number of hours worked, and the amount of unaccounted "slack" time.
Scheduled Node for the work that the employee is scheduled to perform, such as work orders and service requests. When you click this node, a grid is displayed on the right listing all the work orders, service requests, and other types of work that the employee is scheduled for. This work can be scheduled using this node or using the Schedules tab on the appropriate InfoViewer.
Job Class Node for the job classifications that are assigned to the employee. A job classification is a code, such as Mechanic or Water Operations Supervisor, that describes an employee's duties in your agency. Job classifications can also be used to define tasks and estimate labor costs. When you click the node, a grid is displayed on the right listing the employee's job classifications.
Qualification Node for an employee's job qualifications, such as college degrees, training certificates, or typing speed. When you click the node, a grid is displayed on the right listing the employee's qualifications.
Availability Node for the employee's availability to work at your agency. When you click the node, a grid is displayed on the right listing the times and days of the week that the employee is available to work.
Time Breakdown Node for the number of hours that the employee has worked on the selected date and the employee’s recorded labor costs. When you click this node, grids are displayed on the right for the work order, group project, and service request costs that have been entered for the employee’s work as well as employee leave and other scheduled work for the employee.
