Defining a work order status

You can define your own status codes to use when searching for work orders. For each status code you can select from several different work order statuses, such as Assigned, Initiated, and Scheduled, and indicate whether you want to search for work orders that have that status, do not have that status, or both. For example you could define an Overdue status to search for work orders that are due but not closed.

  1. Select Work Management > Work Order > Lookup Work Orders.
  2. To define a work order status, click the popup button next to the Work Order Status field.

  3. Click Add above the Work Order Status grid.
  4. Type a name for the status code in the Work Order Status field.
  5. Using the drop-down boxes, select the work order statuses you want to search for.
  6. Click Save.
