Defining an activity detail

  1. Open the Activity Detail dialog box.
    To add a detail from the Activities tree, click the Activity Details node for the selected activity, then click Add above the grid that is displayed on the right.
    To open the InfoViewer, right-click the activity's node in the tree and select Open Activity. Then select the Details tab and click Add.
  2. Specify this information:
    Description
    Provide a brief description of the activity detail.
    Detail Page Title
    Specify a unique title that is displayed on the page.
    Name of Detail Page
    To load a detail page for this detail, click the popup button to the right of this field.

    To use a new page, select Create New Page, click Next, and create your page in the Page Builder.

    To use an existing page, select Use Existing Page, select the correct detail page from the Detail Types popup, and click Select.

    The Name of Detail Page field then shows the detail page that you either created or selected. After a page is displayed in this field, you can modify it by clicking the field's popup button again, selecting Edit Existing Page, and clicking Next. You can also delete a detail page by clicking the field's popup button, selecting Delete Page, and clicking Next.

    Add On Condition Formula
    Optionally, specify a formula that calculates whether the activity detail is added to a work order. If the formula is satisfied or if no formula is entered, the detail is added.
  3. Click Save.
