Detaching a work order from a group project

If a work order has been added to a group project by mistake or is no longer required, you can detach it from the project using the Group Project InfoViewer. Detaching a work order removes it from the project but does not delete it from your records. Members of your agency can still access the work order using Lookup Work Orders under Work Order in the Infor Public Sector menu.

  1. Load the group project you want into the Group Project InfoViewer.
  2. On the Work Orders tab, select the work order you want to detach.
    You can detach multiple work orders simultaneously by select multiple work orders in the grid.
  3. Click Action and select Detach Selected Work Order(s).
    Infor Public Sector detaches the work order from the group project and removes it from the Group Project Work Orders grid. Note that Infor Public Sector does not delete the work order from your records.
