Transferring an address in a solid waste route

After you've created a solid waste route and added addresses to it, you can transfer addresses to another route. For example, you can transfer addresses when a route becomes too large for one crew to complete.

  1. Begin to create or edit a route.
A Route Addresses grid is displayed at the bottom of the form. If you're editing a route, all addresses already added to the route are displayed in the grid. If you're creating a route, you must first add addresses to the route.
  2. Under Route Addresses, select the address you want to transfer to another route. You can select more than one address in the grid to transfer multiple addresses simultaneously.
  3. Click Transfer Addresses to Another Route.
  4. In the Solid Waste Route ID field, specify the identification code for the route you're transferring the address to.
  5. Click OK.
Infor Public Sector moves the address to the selected route. The transferred addresses are removed from the Route Addresses grid and the index numbers for the addresses originally listed after it are decreased to remove any gaps in order.
