Defining request type details

Details are pieces of agency-defined information that you want to record for specific types of service requests. A service request detail is recorded in a detail page, which you can design using the Page Editor. The detail page is automatically linked to various forms in Customer Service, such as Submit a Service Request and Call Center.

  1. While creating or editing a request type, select the Details tab.
  2. Click Add above the grid.
  3. To use a new page, select Create New Page, click Next, and create your page in the Page Builder.
  4. To use an existing page, select Use Existing Page, click Next, and select the correct detail page from the popup.
  5. Click Save.
