Recording resource usage

While recording inspection results, you can track the costs of your agency's resources by entering usage information for specific resource types such as labor, equipment, or vehicles.

  1. Begin to record inspection results.
  2. Click Add above the Resource Usage grid.
  3. Select the type of resource from the list in the upper left corner of the dialog box.
  4. Enter the necessary usage information for the resource.

  5. Click Close when you're finished entering resource usage.
