Unassigning an inspector

  1. Select Customer Service > Service Request > Reassign Inspector.
  2. In the Responsibility field, specify the identification code for the party responsible for the service request you want to unassign.
  3. Click Search.
    Infor Public Sector shows a list of service requests that are assigned to the responsible party and have not been inspected. You can click the Request # link to view the service request in the Service Request InfoViewer.
  4. Select the service request whose inspector you want to unassign. You can unassign multiple service requests simultaneously by selecting multiple requests in the list.
  5. Click Action and select Unassign Inspector.
    Infor Public Sector removes the assigned inspector from each selected request. Because the requests are now unassigned, they are no longer displayed in the Service Request Results grid.
