Changing the priority of service requests

You can use Dispatch Inspector to change the priority of multiple service requests simultaneously. You can also use the InfoViewer to change the priority of individual service requests.

  1. Select Customer Service > Service Request > Dispatch Inspector.
  2. Look up the service requests that you want to update.
  3. In the Service Request Results grid, select each service request that want to update.
  4. Click Action and select Change Priority.
  5. Specify the new priority code for the request in the Priority field.
  6. Click Save.
    Infor Public Sector updates the service request with the new priority code.
