Changing the responsibility for service requests

You can use either Check TO-DO List or Dispatch Inspector to change the responsibility for multiple service requests simultaneously. The responsibility is a code definition that is used to sort service requests. For example, several of the CRM items in My Infor show service requests by responsibility. You can also use the InfoViewer to change the responsibility for individual service requests.
  1. In Check TO-DO List or Dispatch Inspector, look up the service requests you want to update.
  2. In the Service Request Results grid, select one or more service requests.
  3. Click Action and select Change Responsibility.
  4. Specify the new responsibility code for the selected requests in the Responsibility field.
  5. Click Save.
    Infor Public Sector updates each selected service request with the new responsibility code.
