product family

A group of related products, such as CRM (Customer Service) or CDR (Community Development and Regulation). Infor Public Sector often uses "Product Families" as a high-level tree node to let you browse to information about a specific form or business object. "Product Families" may also refer to high-level tree nodes for groups of personalized items that you've created.
